These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Zomitel website, mobile app, and any related services (together, the "Platform"). By browsing the Platform, creating a request, or verifying your mobile number, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Platform.
These Terms of Use are separate from our Terms & Conditions, which govern the actual sale of your device to us. Both apply together whenever you use Zomitel to sell a device.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform to sell a device. By using the Platform, you confirm that this is true of you.
Some actions on the Platform — such as scheduling a pickup — require you to verify your mobile number with a one-time passcode (OTP). You're responsible for keeping your device and phone number secure, and for all activity that happens through a verified session on your number.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when asked, including your name, address, and device details, and to update it if it changes before your pickup is completed.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
The Zomitel name, logo, "Buying Used. Building Value." tagline, and all site design, text, and software are the property of Zomitel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, other than for the ordinary personal use of the Platform.
The Platform may link to or rely on third-party services — such as payment processors or SMS gateways — to operate. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zomitel isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including temporary unavailability, price-estimate inaccuracies later corrected at inspection, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be excluded, including liability for fraud.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform or applicable law. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
